New Farm House  is two miles south west of the small village of Bolney,  conveniently close  to all the main arterial roads  - A23/M23 and A272.  Gatwick Airport is only 15 minutes away whilst the glorious South Downs and  Sussex  coastal attractions are only a short drive.   Central London is 40 miles by road and 45 minutes by train from nearby Haywards Heath  ( 6 miles) making it very accessible for sightseeing, shopping, business or a night out in the  West End.  Cross channel links to Europe are only 1 ½ hours away. 

Situated on a quiet working farm in the beautiful West Sussex countryside. There are a number of public footpaths close by, making it a perfect base for walkers,also nearby are the stunning South Downs which offer fantastic walking, cycling and picnic opportunities. There are a number of cosy local pubs and excellent restaurants offering a wide variety of dining opportunities for lunches or evening meals.
