Set on a working farm close to the Southdowns National Park, our central location makes it the ideal place to stay if you are planning to visit Sussex. We welcome guests on pleasure or business  - close to  Haywards Heath and only 5 minutes  from Burgess Hill Industrial Park.  .

All our rooms have ensuite  facilities with free Wi-Fi internet access and hospitality trays. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

National Trust properties and gardens, historic towns and castles, the Downs and Southdowns National Park, Visit them all while enjoying the peace and quiet of the Bed & Breakfast accommodation at New Farm House.

Visitors to Bookers Vinyard will fnd us conveniently placed 10 minutes by car or  a leisurely walk.

Visiting the Olympics or Paralympics in 2012 and looking for a quieter and less expensive location than central London? New Farm House is a little more  than an hour by train to the Olympic Village.
