New Farm House is two miles south west of the small village of Bolney in the heart of the Sussex countryside. It is conveniently close to all the main arterial roads (A23/M23 and A272) Gatwick airport is only 15 minutes away whilst the glorious South Downs and Sussex coast with coastal attractions such as Brighton and the beach are only a short drive.

New Farm House is situated on a quiet working farm in the beautiful West Sussex countryside. There are a number of public footpaths close by, making it a perfect base for walkers. Also nearby are the stunning South Downs which offer fantastic walking, cycling and picnic opportunities. There are a number of cosy local pubs and excellent restaurants offering a wide variety of dining opportunities for lunches or evening meals.
